Eugen Druzhynin is a co-founder of the «KDK Partners» Law Firm, director of tax law practice, co-director of corporate law practice.
Graduated the National University of «Kyiv Mohyla academy», law faculty, at 2004.
From 2004 to 2007 worked as a lawyer in the «OL&RUST» Law firm, which is a part of a group of companies «OL. CONSULTING» and was later renamed into Legal Company “Lexel”.
From 2007 to 2015 worked as a senior lawyer in `Lexel` L.F. In 2016 became a partner of “Lexel” L.F.
In 2008 Eugen got a Certificate of Kyiv Regional Qualification-Disciplinary Bar Commission and the right to practice law.
Eugen provided professional assistance to the national and international companies, which carry out their activities in the field of production and sale of alcoholic beverages, medicines, building materials, household and other consumer products. Eugen worked with such companies as ARDO, DHL, ELBI ELECTRICS, KARCHER, KRONES, NOKIAN TYRES, ROCKWOOL, SAINT-GOBAIN, ZARA, UKRAINIAN MEDIA HOLDING, AGROMARS, BIG GROUP, YELLOW PAGES, FERPLAST UKRAINE, etc.
Eugen is experienced in resolution of complex regulatory issues, including permits and licenses, support for the lease of state and municipal property and land. In addition, he effectively assisted in conducting inspections or other actions of regulatory and law enforcement authorities and / or appeal the results of such inspections.
Eugen provides legal assistance in resolution of civil, commercial, corporate and tax disputes and disputes in the field of banking and finance activities.
Eugen has experience in the preparation and accompaniment of the complaints of individuals and entities to the European Court of Human Rights.

Oleh Kobyletskiy is a co-founder of `KDK Partners` Law firm, director of IP law practice, co-director of corporate law practice.
Oleh graduated law faculty of Lviv National University named after Ivan Franko.
Since 2002 Oleh is practicing in the field of jurisprudence and since 2007 – in the field of legal consulting.
Before co-founding `KDK Partners` L.F. Oleh occupied position of partner in `Lexel` L.F.. Oleh has major practical experience in the field of protection of intellectual property, which, in addition to advising on the acquisition and verification of rights for intellectual property, includes the development of an effective judicial strategy and support of litigations to protect the rights on trademarks and patents (including the abolition of state registration of trademarks, recognition of patents of competitors as not valid), the rights to domain names, prohibition of the issuance and introduction into circulation of counterfeit goods, including the termination of illegal import / export.
Oleh has unique knowledge and experience in structuring of new business, carrying out Legal Due Diligence, support of contracts associated with changes in corporate control (M&A).
MYKHAILO KREKIN

Mykhailo Krekin is a co-founder of the KDK Partners Law Firm, Head of Civil and Family Law Department, responsible for development strategy of the company and government relations (GR).
Mr. Krekin graduated from Law Department of National Academy of Management and Economical Department of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
During his more than 10 years career as a practicing lawyer Mr.Krekin gained significant experience in representing clients in the areas of civil, family, labor, commercial and tax law.
Before establishing KDK Partners he worked for `Tsoklan Consulting Group` and `Lexel` Law firm, where he was responsible for support for Client`s commercial activities, representation Client`s interests in the courts, analysis and preparation of business contracts, tax dispute resolutions, provided counseling in the field of tax, finance, commercial and other branches of law.
